We are a supportive, professional office that needs assistance in maintaining electronic files during tax season (January - April).
Primary tasks are logging information received, organizing client data, scanning information, pulling files and completing checklists for each file as it is processed.
We provide flexible hours (10am - 2pm preferred) and can work with you regarding this time schedule and which days you will work.
```Duties```
-Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, filing, making copies and scanning documents.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and log activity in customer service program.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
``Experience```
- Computer literacy: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Personal assistant experience: Ability to provide administrative support to staff.
- QuickBooks knowledge: Experience in using accounting software for financial tasks.
- Customer service skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent service.
- Front desk or medical receptionist experience: Knowledge of front desk operations and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proofreading skills: Attention to detail in reviewing documents for errors or inconsistencies.
