Objective: Detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic seeking a position as Office Help.
Adept at providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary and ensuring prompt communication with appropriate staff.
• Greet and assist visitors, provide directions and information as needed.
• Sorted and distributed incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments.
• Maintain office supply inventory and placed orders as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
• Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with staff to ensure availability of resources.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service to clients via phone, text and email.
• Assisted customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
• Handle administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, and printers
