*Full-time customer service representative position available at Ipava State Bank in Sarasota, Florida*
The rep will provide a variety of customer service and teller functions.
These include cash handling, cash drawer maintenance, accuracy, recommending and selling bank products and services, handling inquiries, and providing services to the customers’ satisfaction in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
Work involves constant and direct dealing with bank customers.
Banking, retail, and/or lending experience are preferred.
Also, knowledge of CSI system and six months of cash-handling experience are preferred.
Must have excellent math skills, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, and other basic computer knowledge.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and be highly motivated and self-sufficient.
