The *Front Desk Associate* greets and assists residents, visitors, vendors, and staff members in the continuing effort to deliver outstanding resident service.
*Essential Functions include, but are not limited to: *· Meet and greet residents; check guests and service providers in/out.
Answer telephones, sort mail, alert staff of visitors, alert staff when packages are received.
Monitor and operate electronic security control systems.
Accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms.
Monitor Emergency Response System.
Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
Monitor and control access to the building.
Maintain daily log, records and forms.
Resolve and follow-up on all complaints/issues.
Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
*Physical Requirements: *
While performing the duties of this job, the colleague is required to work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time; handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages; reach with hands and arms; and quickly and easily navigate the property as required to meet the job functions.
Manual dexterity and visual acuity necessary to type using a computer keyboard, visually read information off of a computer monitor and paper documents.
Requires ability to orally communicate information over the telephone in person and hear responses.
Requires ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds.
*Educational/Professional Qualifications:*
· High School diploma/equivalent required.
One front desk/concierge experience preferred.
*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required*
· Able to work independently and without direct supervision.
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
Detailed-oriented and able to multitask.
Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management skills.
Command of information system hardware/software preferred.
All candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and a level two background check.
Open Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-1pm
This is a part-time seasonal job that will become PRN 6/12/2024
