We are looking for a customer representaitive who answers emails and phone calls in order to aid customers during their onine purchasing process.
Secondary tasks may include: folding shirts and packaging orders.

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our online customers through email and phone communication, ensuring their satisfaction.

Duties:
- Respond to customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist customers with their inquiries, orders, and concerns
- Answer emails in a timely manor
- Provide product knowledge and make recommendations to customers

- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
