Electrical Dispatcher/CSR

Job Title: Electrical Dispatcher Location: Sarasota Office Hours: 8:00-4:30 PM Rate: $19-$23 per hour – Based on Experience Benefits Offered: PTO (after 1 year), HealthCare, Dental, Vison, and Retirement (After 30 Days) Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Dispatcher to join our team.
As an Electrical Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching electrical service technicians to various job sites.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient response to service calls, as well as maintaining communication with customers and technicians throughout the process.
Responsibilities: - Receive and prioritize service requests from customers - Dispatch service technicians to job sites based on urgency and location - Monitor technician progress and provide updates to customers as needed - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs - Maintain accurate records of service calls, dispatches, and technician availability - Assist in scheduling and coordinating projects - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in dispatching or customer service preferred - Knowledge of a Trade Industry (ELECTRICAL, HVAC, PLUMBING) - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
