As a vital member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, offering assistance, guidance, and solutions to ensure their needs are met effectively.
*Responsibilities:*
* *Phone Support:* Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and order placements.
* *Order Processing:* Take orders over the phone accurately, ensuring all necessary information is collected and entered into the system efficiently.
* *Product Recommendations:* Understand customer needs and provide informed recommendations on products that best suit their towing requirements.
* *Issue Resolution:* Proactively address and resolve customer concerns, order discrepancies, and product-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
* *Communication:* Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, providing updates on orders, shipping, and any relevant information.
* *Documentation:* Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools effectively.
* *Collaboration:* Work closely with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure a cohesive customer experience and efficient problem resolution.
* *Continuous Improvement:* Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a phone-based role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Familiarity with towing products or hitches is a plus.
* Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
