We are seeking an eager to learn and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team! Job Description (Includes but not limited to): * Perform general office duties * Answer phone calls to assist customers * Become fluent with our CRM * Data Entry * Entering utility locates * Applying for Permits * Schedule and Route estimates for our sales team * Open and distribute emails * Preparing invoices and processing payments * Occasional Full-Time weeks to cover for vacation of fellow employees Job Requirements * Ability to operate standard office equipment (computer, printer, copy machine, etc.
).
* Proficiency and experience using Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
* Must maintain a high level of accuracy with great attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.
00 - $19.
00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week Benefits: * Paid time off Schedule: * 4 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred) * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
