*Job Description:*
* Handle incoming calls from customers regarding electronic device repairs, troubleshooting, and service inquiries
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
* Utilize company resources and systems to accurately document customer interactions and update customer accounts
* Make outbound calls to follow up with customers on repair status, satisfaction surveys, and promotional offers
* Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or accessories to customers based on their needs and preferences
* Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries
*Minimum Requirements:*
* 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
