Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Assist guests with luggage and other requests - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as required Skills: - Strong knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Proficient in guest services and hotel operations - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Bilingual abilities are a plus - Previous experience working at the front desk of a hotel or in hospitality management is preferred Join our team and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests.
