In this role you will welcome guests, manage their information, distribute keys and assign rooms, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us.

Requirements:
Prior 2+ years Front Desk Agent experience in a hotel setting or in a similar role within the last 2 years
Must have prior computer experience and comfortable with multi tasking
Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
Sales experience is a plus
Ability to work a flexible schedule, with mandatory weekends and holidays (7 AM - 3 PM; 3 PM - 11 PM).
