Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

*Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher* *$13-$16 hourly - salary based on experience* *Roto-Rooter *is Sarasota’s premier provider of plumbing and drain cleaning services, is looking for a *dynamic individual to join our front-line office team.
* The ideal candidate will have a dynamic phone presence, excellent listening skills, and empathy and patience for our customers.
We’re looking for a leader who can problem solve, while paying great attention to detail and follow-up items with customers and technicians.
*Knowledge of the Sarasota area and past dispatch experience is a plus.
* *Starting pay is $13.
00 to $16.
00 per hour, dependent on skill set and work history.
* *Full Time – Mon to Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, rotate Saturday 9 to 5pm* *Part Time – Mon to Friday 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, rotate Saturday 9 to 5pm* Essential functions of the positions include: * Provide world class customer service through scheduling, communication and follow-up with our customers.
* Overcome customer scheduling objections/questions by explaining benefits of using Roto-Rooter.
* Coding of invoices for accurate sales and payroll reporting.
* Dispatch and communicate with technicians efficiently to maximize their productivity and ensure excellent customer experience.
* Maintain accurate time tracking on all service technicians and plumbers.
* Follow-up with customers to ensure they are happy with our services.
* Follow-up with customers to schedule work on provided estimates.
* Follow-up with commercial customers to collect payment on outstanding invoices.
