Primary responsibility is answering incoming phone calls.
Scheduling of service and sales appointments with existing and/or prospective clients.
Respond to all calls with customers in a professional, courteous and friendly manner and most importantly with a smile.
Maintains customer repair records using computer database to give detailed history of the work performed at their sites.
Active in all facets of Customer Service and dispatching.
Various reporting responsibilities as needed.
Work as a team with the ultimate goal to take care of the customer.
Ideal Candidates:
Bi-lingual a plus
A professional, courteous, and caring telephone manner.
Patience and endurance to sit behind a desk all day.
Able to handle the urgency of each task, and work in a high-stress position, while making each customer feel they are your most important customer of the day.
Be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
Strong interpersonal skills such as, communication, problem solving, and organizational.
General office duties to include filing, sorting, answering phones, greeting customers, etc.
