*Job Description:*
This position has overall customer service, scheduling and time management responsibilities for departmental operations and performance, including: Scheduling maintenances and service calls for HVAC and Plumbing.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Provide introductory information to new customers
* Ensuring that customers are satisfied with product and service
* Letting customer or clients know about additional products or services
* Follow up calls on options techs provide to customers
* Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer’s question
* Quickly Handle and communicate Escalating queries and concerns
* Work with other CSR Team members
* Sign up and renew customers maintenance memberships
