Responsibilities:
· Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
· Recruits, prescreen candidates, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
· Conducts employee chart audits and manage employee credentials.
· Communicate with employees and field staff regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
· Assist in on-boarding new hires.
· Answer phones, assist with administrative duties and greet visitors.
Requirements:
· Associate’s degree is required or equivalent experience with a high school diploma.
· Experience with human resource work, as well as recruiting.
· Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
· Excellent organizational skills and multitasker.
· One to three years of human resources experience required, including recruiting experience.
