Phone Representative

Intercoastal Medical Group, Inc.
is seeking professional, customer service oriented phone operators to assist with answering calls, transcribing messages and routing to the appropriate staff member/physician, confirming appointments and assisting with appointment requests.
The general office hours are Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Positions are available in Primary Care, Specialty and Radiology in the Sarasota offices.
Requirements: - High School Diploma or Equivalent - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills; appropriate grammar and spelling - Must maintain patient confidentiality at all times and adhere to all federal, state and company policies regarding HIPAA - Bilingual candidates are a plus \*Intercoastal is a drug free workplace and EEO compliant.
