We are looking for twonew front desk representatives to make our clients feel welcome and ensure they have a comfortable stay at our hotel.
Shifts Available: - Part-Time Afternoon Shift (12pm-8pm AND/OR 3pm-11pm) - Full-Time Afternoon Shift (3pm-11pm) Responsibilities include greeting clients as they arrive, coordinating their check-in/check-out to assigned rooms and informing them about the hotel’s facilities.
You will provide stellar customer service and provide memorable hospitality experiences for our guests.
If you have previous hospitality experience and are familiar with hotel procedures, like making reservations, check-in/check-out processes, we’d like to meet you.
Our ideal candidates have a flair for communication, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner.
Ultimately, you will execute guest services and our hotel’s image by answering guests’ requests and making sure our visitors are satisfied.
*Responsibility to Guests:* _At check in:_ * Eye contact, smile, tone and inflection in your voice with our guests.
* Sincerity in the welcoming our guests.
* Accurate, quick and efficient check in by following and completing all the key points on your check in script.
* Walk the guest to the elevators at check-in.
* Use the guest’s name at least twice.
* Adhere to the rewards standards set forth by the brand.
* Suggest and accurately enter in all wake up calls.
_During their stay:_ * Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed guest their expectations * Answer all calls within three rings with a smile in your voice * Know your local area attractions end directions _At check out:_ * Eye contact, smile, tone and inflection in your voice with our guests * Accurate, quick and efficient check out by following and completing all the key points on your check out script * Store luggage as needed with a luggage tag * Read our guests’ non-verbal guest cues and understand when the guests is not satisfied with their experience.
*Skills:* * Hands-on experience with Hotel Management Software - PEP Hilton Software! * Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
* Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and multitasking.
* Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation.
* Flexible scheduling capability! Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $14.
