If you have great customer service and communication skills, are really good with computers, can multi-task and are detail-oriented, you can do this job-we will train you for the rest.
$18 - $20 / HR to start

• Have your own vehicle or reliable transportation (not on a bus route)
• Ninja-like computer skills - must communicate quickly & effectively via phone, text, emails
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
• Schedule shipping for vehicles and track shipments from order to delivery
• Field customer inquiries in an efficient and professional manner
• Follow up with internal and external customers with updates
• Verify shipments are ready and on target for scheduled delivery, as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipping and/or customer issues effectively
• Build successful relationships with business contacts and customers
• Work effectively with internal and external team members to provide an awesome experience
• Conduct research, enter data and/or damage claims, as needed
• Work with Microsoft &/or Google products, CRMs, texting platforms, proprietary systems, etc.
• Other related duties, as assigned
