Position Overview:
As a Customer Experience Data Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing our sales data, ensuring its accuracy, and supporting the sales team with valuable insights.
You will work closely with the Customer Service and Sales supervisors, and collaborate with various departments to streamline data processes and contribute to the overall success of our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Maintenance-
Gathering daily ticket sales reports for ticket sales team, Impact Counselor activity reports for impact counselor team, and call reports for both Ticket sales and Impact Counselor Sales team
Reviewing class rosters to make sure all information is correct
Answering and forwarding team email boxes for both teams.
General Customer Service Info box
Classes info box
Scheduling team’s work calendars
Calculating and creating other reports as needed
Reporting and Analysis-
Generate and deliver routine and ad-hoc reports for the sales team, providing insights into sales performance, trends, and KPIs.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Assist in creating data-driven sales strategies and forecasts.
Data Security-
Implement and maintain data security and privacy protocols to protect sensitive customer information.
Process Optimization-
Continuously seek opportunities to streamline data-related processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data and processes.
Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in data administration, data entry, or sales support is a plus.
Experience with Hubspot and data management tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
