Brown Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing, a local residential HVAC and plumbing company is looking for a dispatcher to handle outbound calls and schedule maintenance and service visits.
Qualifications:
The applicant will need to have experience in the air conditioning field (or similar service trade).
Be able to set outbound maintenance and service calls/leads.
Have a clear and pleasant customer service voice and positive attitude.
Also must have a good understanding of computer usage, including but not limited to Microsoft, email, Windows systems.
Dispatching software / CRM is called "Successware", with a transition to "Service Titan" in the near future.
Any trade software experience is a plus but will train.
Responsibilities:
Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services, offers, specials, and promotions.
Calling prospective clients and scheduling appointments.
Accepting inbound calls from prospective clients as they arise.
Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Technician or Sales Representative.
Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered or problems solved.
Keeping a detailed log of parts ordered, statuses, updating customers
Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.
Informing the Manager of related complaints that warrant addressing.
Scheduling job go-backs and return trips from installs and failed inspections.
Hours are 730-330, Monday through Friday.
Highest paying On-Call dispatch rotation (Paid Extra $$) Pay DOE.
