Part-time friendly, approachable Front Desk Receptionist/Cashier is needed to join our team at Volvo Cars of Sarasota, a proud member of the Sunset Automotive Group family of dealerships.
This role is vital to our success as you will be making the first impression on our new and returning clients and interacting with nearly everyone who comes into our dealership in some way.
We are looking for someone who will be able to handle multiple demands while maintaining professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Part-time hours, generally 3pm-7pm Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays from 8 to 5.
$16-18/hr starting pay with review after 90 days
Receptionist-Cashier Duties and Requirements
In this role, you will be greeting clients in-person and answering calls, direct to the appropriate people, and assist or answer questions as required to help out.
As one of the first people many customers see and talk to, we are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and eager to help.
In addition to outstanding in-person customer service skills, we are looking for:
Professional appearance and demeanor, greeting customers with warmth and a smile
Excellent phone skills, including the ability to answer a high volume switchboard, and return customer calls promptly
Good ability to multi-task, cash handling experience & general office/computer skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting preferred, but not required
