Looking for House (Condo) Cleaner - CA$H (Central Sarasota)

Hi All - My cleaning person left Florida so I am looking to find a replacement, quickly.
Person will start in March, average 1x per month although might be more often occasionally.
Compensation is CASH ($20-22 per hour) paid same day as services rendered.
I usually tip as well if the results exceed expectations.
It's just the typical 1200 sq.
ft condo - 2 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large living room and dining area.
The place is generally kept pretty clean but I still want a monthly cleaning service which I will go over everything when I interview the person at my place, telephone call first of course as an initial screening and on-site so you can also decide if this is a fit for you as well.
My wife and I live here we just want to stay on top of the cleaning etc sometimes we don't get to everything.
Now here's the good part.

Email is ok or a telephone call.
If I don't pickup please leave a detailed message and speak clearly stating your name, cell number, etc.
Anyone that sends me a text, well that will be ignored.
We need more real professional communication and less texting, those are my terms.
Experience preferred, no cleaning companies need apply as I'm looking for a free agent cleaner, don't be shy if you're looking for extra money this is a good side hustle for cash.
We prefer a female cleaner who speaks English but I can manage some Spanish as well.
