Position: Van Driver Job Summary: We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Van Driver to join our Lemon Squeezy Laundry team.
As a Van Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely pick-up and delivery of laundry from and to our customers' doorsteps.
Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and safe driving skills will be instrumental in leaving a lasting positive impression on our clients and maintaining our reputation as a convenient and efficient laundry service.
Responsibilities: * Safely operate our company-owned van to collect and deliver laundry from/to customers' designated locations.
* Adhere to assigned delivery routes and schedules, ensuring timely and accurate service.
* Provide outstanding customer service, demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude during interactions with clients.
* Handle and load laundry items with care to maintain their quality and avoid damages.
* Keep the van clean and well-maintained at all times, reporting any mechanical issues to the management promptly.
* Utilize GPS and navigation tools effectively to optimize routes and minimize delivery time.
* Collaborate with the customer support team to address any delivery-related concerns or special instructions from customers.
* Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a safe driving experience for both yourself and other road users.
Requirements: * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* Previous experience in delivery driving or related roles is preferred.
* Excellent navigational skills and familiarity with local routes and streets.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to lift and carry laundry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
