Delivery Driver / Helper

We're looking to add an awesome Helper / Delivery driver to our team.
Our company is the area's premier location for baby and beach equipment rentals.
The successful candidate will be required to work Saturdays and Sundays, be responsible for assisting the driver in making timely deliveries of baby and beach equipment to all condos, hotels, private homes and resorts in the Sarasota, Bradenton and Venice area on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks and providing exceptional customer service to our client base.
We will provide training to the right person who can demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn.

Your duties include: * Load products onto trucks according to company’s specifications Deliver & pick up items according routing list.
Our items include full size cribs and you must be able to lift and carry upstairs.
* Deliver & pick up orders to customers on assigned routes * Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher * Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs * Back at the warehouse your responsible is to clean items thoroughly * Check that items are in working conditions and sorting out broken equipment Qualification: * Weekends are required * Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 - 60lbs * Valid Florida driver license * Minimum 1 years’ experience as Delivery Driver * Clean driving record * Ability to pass background check and drug test * Strong customer service skills * Must possess a positive and professional attitude * Smoking is not allowed on site or at the workplace Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.
