*Scarlett Hotel Group Mission: *

*Position Summary:*
Our shuttle drivers are responsible for safely driving our guests to/from the hotel to the airport in a timely manner.
In addition, our shuttle drivers are responsible for maintaining the hotel/public areas in the evening as well as assisting the front desk with special requests.
*Qualifications:*
* All employees who may drive a hotel vehicle must submit a certified copy of their MVR, obtained from the DMV, for approval prior to hiring.
*Shuttle Duties & Responsibilities:*
* When picking up the guests have eye contact, smile, positive tone and inflection in your voice with our guests.
* Carefully load and unload bags from the shuttle.
* Safely transport guests to and from requested locations within a specific radius from the hotel.
* Provide guests with local and hotel specific information as requested.
* Open the door for the guests.
* Offer to take luggage to guest rooms.
*_Shuttle Cleanliness:_*
* Shuttle must be vacuumed regularly.
* Clean windows daily and ensure there is no dust on surfaces.
* General shuttle wash two times per month (or as needed).
*Responsibility to Hotel/General Maintenance*
* Ensure the safety and security of our guest and team members at all times and report unsafe conditions and suspicious activity to hotel leadership.
* Ensure trash on all hotel floors are empty each evening.
* Assist in setting up meeting room for incoming groups.
* Responsible for periodically cleaning carpets in both guest rooms and hallways.
* Help front desk deliver towels/amenities - assist in small maintenance projects as assigned.
* Use personal protective equipment when necessary (gloves, goggles, etc.
) .

* Follow proper moving and lifting procedures identified in Departmental Orientation Handbook.
* Regularly required to stand; sit; walk; reach; use hands to finger, handle or feel; talk and hear.
* Must have finger, hand and upper body dexterity to push, pull and move levers, equipment and furniture throughout shift.
* Must be able to work with arms raised above head throughout a shift.
Must be able to maneuver fully loaded room attendant cart, weighing up to 50lbs.

* Must be able to lift, carry or otherwise move up to 15 lbs.

Hotel Work Environment:
* The hotel business operates 24 / 7 / 365.
There is no guaranteed shift or schedules.
There may be times that you will need to move to different shifts or different work areas to accommodate our guests.
