The Executive Driver will be responsible for providing reliable transportation to executives, students, staff and visitors with safety and excellent guest service skills as top priorities.
Position Responsibilities
• Safely transport passengers as necessary
• Responsible for operating and maintaining transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and excellent guest service.
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes
• Navigate efficiently using GPS or other navigation tools as necessary
• Maintain current license
• Familiar and able to comply with all applicable State and Federal DOT regulations
• Keep vehicle clean as needed, including interior/exterior cleaning and vacuuming
• Flexibility to operate a variety of vehicles as directed and operations dictate
• During down times, and as directed by management, will perform other tasks such as cleaning vehicles, performing related errands office work and assisting with tasks in other departments outside of Transportation.
• Report to work daily in company uniform
• Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Ability
• Ability to read, understand and comply with the rules and regulations of the State and Federal DOT
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and communicate positively and professionally with all internal and external constituents
• Firm commitment to confidentiality and respect for sensitive information
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
Physical Demands and Work Environment
• Ability to work flexible schedule
