Route Driver:
Maintain and manage vending, micro market and coffee service customer accounts on a daily route, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Restock and rotate product,
· Precise inventory management, and merchandising to maximize product sales,
· Interact with customers, address customer concerns and requests, and adhere to internal policies.
The ideal candidate is neat, organized, and enjoys making customers happy.
Superior customer experience is our priority which requires a concern for our customer's satisfaction.
Fast pace, and accuracy is essential.
Effective communication skills needed.
Candidate must be able to work an 8-to-10-hour day as needed to correctly complete route.
Must be able to climb stairs and repetitively lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to repetitively bend, reach, push and pull throughout the day.
Drive a 16’ box truck.
Driver’s license 7-year check, drug screening and pre-employment background check is required.
Safety shoes are required.
We are looking for someone with a record of steady employment, pleasant disposition, reliable transportation, being on time, and an overall good work ethic.
Starting Commission Draw $40,000
Bonus Opportunity: $2,600
Additional Income: Commission for each product sold
