Team Success is hiring elementary, middle school, and high school teachers for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year.
We are a high-performing, accredited Title I K-12 public charter school in Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification/license or Letter of Eligibility.
- Experience working with elementary school-aged, middle school and /or high school children.
- Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and classroom management techniques.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, administrators, parents, and students
- Proficiency in writing, proofreading, and documenting student progress
- Ability to effectively manage student behavior and implement behavior management strategies.
Duties:
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and standards
- Teach various subjects, such as math, science, language arts, or social studies (depending on grade level)
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students
- Use effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and other forms of evaluation
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's academic performance
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
- Serve as a mentor to students, providing guidance and support as needed
- Utilize technology and other resources to enhance the learning experience
