It is pretty complete.
missing, seat, battery, and some linkages.
It turns freely.
The guy I bought it from said it ran when parked.
It is an early model maybe 1964.
The front tires are incorrect and shot, the rear tires (the most expensive part of restoring) are in good shape.
I have too many projects.
I believe it to be a 12 volt negative ground with an alternator.
I can deliver locally after payment.
