1900's 8-day Oak Gingerbread/Kitchen Clock is in great condition.

The movement is a typical New Haven with brass plates and open springs.
Strikes the hour and the half-hour on a nice coiled gong.
Everything is original.
Clock keeps close to proper time, but needs to be adjusted.
(looses a miniute a day).
Includes Mechanical Winding Key and Brass Pendulum.
Glass in the door is in great conditions and retains it's decoration.
Clock measures 22 1/4" high 14" wide across the base by 4 3/4" in depth.
Interesting clock with a gorgeous casing.
Similar ornate clocks in walnut cases were often called parlor clocks while the ones in oak cases are generally called kitchen clocks.
