9 ft Artificial Christmas Tree - $75 (South Venice)

For Sale is a 9 foot artificial Christmas Tree that we have owned for nearly 20 years.
It is a beautiful tree when lighted and decorated.
Many strings of white bulbs come with the tree.
It does take time to install each branch , however , it is a beautiful tree when finished.
The branches are color coded.
We are getting older and need something easier to erect.
I have enclosed some pictures to give you an idea.
One has an 8ft tall ladder beside it to give you a better idea of it size.
We have always stored it in our garage here in Florida since 2008.
It is still in great condition.
The bill of sale from over 20 years ago is inside the box.
I think we paid over $200 for it over 20 years ago.
( It is located in the Venetia Subdivision off of Jacaranda or Rt 41.
