Shift Supervisor

```Duties``` We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team.
As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Your duties will include: - Supervising and leading a team of employees during assigned shifts - Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer complaints or issues - Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations - Managing inventory levels and placing orders as needed - Handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed - Training new employees on company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities - Assisting with scheduling and managing employee shifts - Collaborating with other managers to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction ```Skills``` To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong knowledge of Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Proficient in cash handling procedures - Experience in the food industry or hospitality industry is preferred - Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Knowledge of food service operations and health and safety regulations - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service and have experience in supervising teams in the food industry, we would love to hear from you.
