Product Expeditor Lead

Job Summary: Manages Food and Nutrition Services PeopleSoft purchasing activities to ensure timely and accurate availability of all supplies.
Minimize department waste by strictly monitoring food inventory, food production par levels and planning product distribution.
Maintains Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards in storage and distribution of prepared and raw food items.
Assists with menu planning and oversees product specification and accurate supply requisitioning.
Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers by ensuring that all food and supplies are ordered and delivered to FNS Storeroom according to proper accounting guidelines and by maintaining an accurate inventory following sanitation, safety and security guidelines.
Required Qualifications: - Require five (5) years' experience in a high production food service environment.
- Require Associate degree in hotel or food service management.
Relevant experience can substitute on a year for year basis for the required education.
Preferred Qualifications: - Prefer ability to perform artistic culinary skills and communicate effectively.
- Prefer verbal ability to read and understand written instructions, recipes, and labels.
