Dietary Manager/Cook

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dietary Cook to join our team.
As a Dietary Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our members in accordance with their dietary needs and preferences.
Your role is crucial in ensuring that our members receive nutritious and delicious meals that meet their dietary requirements.
Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and dietary guidelines - Ensure that breakfast and lunch meals are prepared in a timely manner - Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards - Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed - Prepare meals from an 8 week menu plan - Assist with food preparation for special events or functions - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: - Previous experience as a Cook in a restaurant, catering, or food service setting - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations - Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment Skills: - Customer service - Hospitality management - Food industry - Banquet help - Food preparation - Dietary department - Restaurant - Catering We offer competitive pay rates and benefits packages for our employees.
