FUNCTION: Supervise the creation and maintenance of key merchandising and supply chain reporting INTERACTION: Reports to DVP Merchandise Process Extensive interaction with Merchandising executives and Buying teams Extensive interaction with Logistics executives Extensive interaction with IS data development teams Supervision of Reporting Analysts SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with the various executives to prioritize reporting development Monitor and track reporting Service Level agreement performance for daily/weekly/monthly reporting Oversee the reporting SQL Server reporting environment Assist in the creation of new reports and the troubleshooting of existing reports and/or the database processes that build those reports Manage weekend coverage of reporting data processing and report creation Design and build complex tools that help streamline the business and make merchandise reporting and analysis more efficient Provide interactive user access to the corporate data repositories within MS Office tools Create VB/.
