Position Overview:

As a manager of our sales, service, and APS (Application Processing Service) team, you will have the opportunity to assist prospective students in their educational journey, showcasing the incredible benefits of our top-notch educational products and services as well as lead a strong team of passionate professionals.

What You'll Do
Serve as a player coach for the sales, service, and APS (Application Processing service) team, meeting regularly to discuss performance and assist with areas of opportunities (70/30 execution vs management).
Deliver on monthly sales and service quotas.
Assist with sales and service calls, emails, and tickets across Contracting and Property Service brands as required by volume to hit sales and business goals/quotas.
Provide application review as well as application processing services to enrolled students in a timely and effective manner and assist on training team on these services to expand resources.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer centric relationships through partnering with customers/students to understand their needs and objectives.
Regularly review team performance through tracking data and call monitoring to help develop team where necessary.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Contracting and Property Service product portfolio, including our unique competitive advantages and challenges, and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge, address customer concerns, and handle objections.
Work collaboratively with the team to continue to grow and expand the business into new areas, products, and services across Contracting and Property Service brands and states through regular training and feedback.
Maintain tracking log for visibility across sales and APS and utilized required platform for pipeline management (HubSpot/SharePoint).
Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth targets for assigned brands and accounts, taking ownership of your performance and results.
Follow protocol for sales and service and expressed in onboarding training
Work together with current sales team to ensure alignment on process and procedure.
Manage all team PTO requests to ensure proper coverage for phones.
Complete product, platform, and brand training and onboard within first week.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in related field required; applicable experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience; manager or lead experience is desirable.
Must be technically proficient and able to quickly learn new applications.
Ability to maximize sales opportunities and overcome objections.
Excellent presentation skills and customer service oriented.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
