Palm Shores is hiring a *Master's Level Therapist *to coordinate discharges services.
Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center (PSBHC) is an award-winning residential facility that focuses on improving the well-being of adolescents while treating their emotional and mental health needs.
Palm Shores is an intensive inpatient psychiatric program for males and females, ages 11 – 17 years old.
We offer a highly structured supportive and safe environment for children and adolescents who are experiencing behavioral, emotional, family, and social challenges.
We are located in Manatee County.

*Duties:*
* Participates and/or facilitate patient’s treatment team meeting
* Manages and coordinates discharge planning with patients, families, and outside agencies as needed.

*Minimum Requirements:*
* Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, mental health counseling.
* The Therapist will have knowledge of age appropriate developmental stages of children and adolescents.
*Preferred:*
* One (1) year direct clinical experience specific to family, individual and group therapy with children and/or adolescents.
* Florida licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or be Florida licensed eligible and registered as an intern actively seeking licensure.
