We are currently hiring for an experienced *Facility* *Maintenance Manager* at our facility in Sarasota, FL.

*Job Duties:*
* Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
* Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
* Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
* Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
* Submit purchase requests for items needed to do repairs
* Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.
)
* Monitor parts inventory and place orders when necessary
* Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
* Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
* Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
* Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations
* Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance
* Maintain all machinery to ensure it is at working standards
* Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures
* Troubleshoot issues and designate in house repairs or outside vendor repair
* Propose new equipment purchases proactively
* Ensure that buildings, plant, and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required
* Train maintenance technicians in troubleshooting and repairs
*Qualifications:*
* 5+ years of industrial or heavy equipment maintenance experience
* 3+ years of leadership experience
