Venice Toyota is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service team! We are looking for a motivated individual who is interested in a full-time career.

Advancement from within
Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries
Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance
Help to identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test
Confer with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work orders for needed repairs
Prepare report orders showing time, cost and labor estimates for service
Write brief descriptions of the customer’s concerns on the repair order to help technicians locate the source of the problem.
Explain the work performed and the charges to the customer
Build strong relationships with customers to build a fresh referral base
Provide support to other team members
Other duties may be assigned
Requirements - Service Advisor:
Experience preferred

A minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM Systems)
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of CDK, ADP, or Reynolds and Reynolds is not required but a plus
Professional appearance and work ethic
Must be self-motivated, with a goal-oriented ethic
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and time-management skills
