Elkhart (Buescher) USA Tenor Saxophone Sax - $800 (Venice)

Great looking and playing Buescher Elkhart model 30A tenor from the late 1940s - early 1950's.
Original lacquer is about 95%.
It is playing very well.
The sax was completely re-padded with elliptical cone resonator pads for added projection.
A full re-pad and regulation of a tenor saxophone costs more than I'm asking for the horn.
Comes in its original case which is in good, clean condition with working spring latches.
It was re-lined several years ago so it has no musty aroma like most old cases.
This sax is all ready to play jazz be-bop and swing tunes for another 20 years before it will need anything other than routine maintenance.
The horn is gig ready.
