Looking for a roommate situation. Professional male (Ellenton/Parrish/Palmetto or as south as LWR)

39yo clean professional seeks a grounded grounded roommate situation.
I am a father of several kids beginning a divorce, so it is very important that the situation be stable.
Place will be just for me and if all goes well I imagine it will be for 6+ months and even longer if the situation is good.
I am employed full time in a professional industry so I will be gone large portions of the day/week and need a clean space in a safe neighborhood with parking.
Thought about Airbnb, but I'd like to get to exchange info before locking anything in.
