We're seeking individuals who are reliable, accountable, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a professional demeanor in appearance, communication, and conduct.
Responsibilities:
* Handling daily tasks such as greeting customers, taking calls, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and other office duties.
* Creating a friendly and positive vibe for brides and guests.
* Connect with customers and support them throughout their shopping journey.
* Ensure timely completion of all necessary administrative duties.
* Communicate effectively with The Perfect Dress management, staff, customers, and manufacturers.
* Preserving the overall aesthetic appeal and cleanliness of the boutique space.
Requirements:
* Organized and able to multi-task
* Ability to work under pressure
* Saturday availability is required
* Available to work occasional Sundays during trunk and bridal shows
* Have a positive attitude
* Retail Sales Experience is a must
