Responsibilities
*Greet customers and make them feel at home *Promotes our services and products while interacting with clients *Answer any questions the customers may have *Assist customers in preparing for their service *Handle calls promptly and in a courteous manner.
Make appointments, assist customers, resolves challenges, discuss products and services *Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment, performs other duties as required.
*Respond to any complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Qualifications
*Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees or customers *Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments *Ability to quickly problem solve concerns customers may have *Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of our services and products *Effective verbal and written communication skills; good use of eloquent language, grammar, and sentence structure in verbal communication is required *Ability to work independently with minimal supervision *High school diploma or equivalent, required.
Some college preferred.
*Two or more years of experience preferred, in salon and spa, retail, sports medicine, medical, call center and/ or related field.

Compensation is $14.
