*Sporting Goods Manufacturing company looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to manage sales nationwide B2B as well as helping to promote the brand directly to consumers.
Pure Sports Technologies launched in 2016 and has quickly become a leader in the industry as a composite manufacturer specializing in designing softball bats and manufacturing them on-site.
Specifically we are the only company that customizes the designs and paint schemes of bats.
Our customization of the bats along with the superior design technology in building performance bats has allowed us to grow our team with the expansion of our new facility in Palmetto, FL.

*The primary role of this position is to generate sales through relationships, marketing and social media.
This individual must possess the ability to think outside of the box in an effort to choose the right marketing tactics to promote products to end users.
Candidates must have a good mix of both traditional and online marketing techniques to reach a target audience and increase merchandise sales.
It is this position’s responsibility to research markets, determine the barriers and choose the appropriate channels for marketing that will keep costs down and generate revenue.

*Pure has reps and affiliates across the country that this position will work directly with to increase sales.
We expect this role to grow as we expand into other markets (fastpitch, senior ball and eventually baseball) creating an on-site sales team.
Compensation for this role will be base salary plus a 5% monthly commission on net profit.
Our current team as individuals are making a minimum of an additional 1K+ weekly.
This role should expect to make a minimum of 100K annually with a target of 250K.
