*HNI is seeking an Account Manager for our Maintenance Division*.
An account manager at Hazeltine Nurseries supervises and coordinates activities of workers and crews engaged in maintaining high end residential homes and some commercial properties.
The ideal candidate must have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience supervising, training and managing 6+ crew leaders and crews
* Must have knowledge of Florida plant material
* Must have knowledge of fertilizers, fungicides, chemicals and all aspects to properly maintain properties
* Must have irrigation experience
* Must have low-voltage lighting experience
* Must have troubleshooting experience
* Must be able to read and interpret detailed landscape plans
* Responsible for measuring properties and preparing proposals
* Supervise landscaping maintenance crews, as well as work performed on properties
* Coordinate from proposal to work order to precise execution of all clients' needs
* Must possess superior Customer Service skills
* Responsible for proactive and continuous/regular client communication
* Ability to speak Spanish and/or Creole a plus
*Valid Clean Florida Drivers License required*
