*McNulty Counseling and Wellness is growing again! We are now recruiting a part time (eventually turning into a full-time) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor with couples experience to join our thriving private practice at our Sarasota location (Close to 275 and Fruitville rd.
) We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is willing to share our philosophy of promoting balance and wellness from a holistic approach.
We would prefer our new clinician to have couples and adolescence experience.
* Currently we are ranking on the front page of Google for keywords that your ideal client would search for.

*Salary Range $75,000 - $125,000 + per year* *Requirements:* \*Must be fully licensed in the state of FL as a LMFT, LMHC or LCSW.
(No Interns) \*2-3+ years of experience in the Mental Health field \*Must prefer caseload working with Couples and adolescence.
*What we offer:* \*Fully furnished office space \*On-site Gym \*Shared full-time receptionist who will also serve as your administrative assistant for when you need anything \*Practice management software along with payment processing \*We work closely with a marketing consultant to advertise you as the expert in our field so you can start generating a full client list.
*Pay structure:* Hourly rates: Clients pay $150 for Individual session/ $175 for Couples and Families Clinician pay $75 for Individual session/$87.
50 for Couples and Families All of our therapists are in the top 10 percentile for salary in comparison to other counselors in their field.
Clinicians are 1099's and are considered independent contractors.
You are paid per client seen, so we encourage applicants to take this into consideration when applying for this position because while it may be slower for the first couple of weeks, we have a very successful marketing on-boarding process for our new clinicians that should have you at 20 clients per week within 3 months (maybe sooner).
This is heavily dependent on your availability that you can offer.
We do not offer other benefits.
Clients pay at the time of service and we do not accept insurance.
Our clients have the option to self-submit to their insurance companies for reimbursement.
We are a family at McNulty Counseling and Wellness and we want clinicians who are looking to join us for the long haul.
It is required that our clinicians take an active role in building their own clientele which includes active involvement in the community once a month.
Finding the best fit for our practice is important to us-so finding a workable and enjoyable schedule is something I'd like for you to achieve.
Some clinicians choose to work 4 days a week and see 6-8 clients.
Others work 3 days a week.
Plan to see a minimum of 15-20 clients a week and the maximum is really up to you.
We have found evenings are the most sought out session times.
It is required that you dedicate at least two nights a week(at least until 6 pm.
