*Fit2Run* is rapidly growing and looking for an *Assistant Footwear Buyer* at their corporate office, located in beautiful Lakewood Ranch.
The *Assistant Footwear Buyer* is responsible for assisting buyers in the Footwear department in the following aspects: buying & managing inventory, ensuring that main sellers are kept within the stores, merchandising, negotiating with vendors, and establishing & monitoring training programs for all merchandise within the stores.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
INVENTORY:
* Ensure items are not overstocked
* Assist in ensuring accurate inventory distribution
* Keep track of 'hot' inventory items and re-order
* Managing min/max
* Bulk items
* RA candidates
* Expired nutrition
DISTRIBUTION:
* Assist in ensuring that products are received on the proper date.
* Assure product is delivered on schedule
* Monitor invoice terms and discounts for accuracy.
* Re-allocation of future orders based on current business.
FINANCIALS:
* Be familiar with the open to buy
* Have up to date knowledge on Inventory and sales figures
REPORTING:
* Create and manage excel reports for percent sales, percent inventory, vendor sales, etc.
* Run and manage pre built reports for Sales, PO tracking and Receiving
ECOM
* Make sure all items are live on the website
* Assist with getting items set up for Amazon
VISUALS:
* Plan-O-Grams
* Sock Walls
COMMUNICATIONS:
* Communicating and procuring assets for New releases and Item of the months to marketing & stores
* Product Knowledge communicated with stores
* Communicate with suppliers on a regular basis (performance)
* Spiffs
EXPO'S:
