*Job Description*
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners and healthcare professionals.
This enables consultative selling, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
The Sales Consultant will be working warm leads that are provided by our marketing department.
You will educate the client on the regulations of each state and the services we provide.
Your passion, guidance and support will enable clients to succeed.
*Key Responsibilities:*
· Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed your sales targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects for services.
· Utilize phone skills to follow up on provided warm leads.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of our services.
· Build and maintain relationships with key customer decision makers.
· Present and demonstrate the company’s products or services to potential clients via Teams Meetings
· Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
*Requirements*
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Strong communications and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of home health care services is preferred but not required
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
· Must pass criminal background check

We offer a base salary with draw to $50k annually and commission structure brining total comp to $145K+ based on achieving sales targets
