Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Salesperson WITH EXPERIENCE OF CONSTRUCTION SALES to join our team .
As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to customers.
Your goal will be to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products or services
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers
- Collaborate with the MK team to ensure efficient stock management and order fulfillment
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction/cabinet sales industry
- Strong personable and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Knowledge of cabinet and remodeling services
- Proficiency in Google applications like Sheets, Docs, Gmail, 2020 software, etc.
We offer a commission based payment structure of 2% on top of hourly wage.
