Responsible for acting as a liaison between patients, pharmacies and sales team.
Assists with account questions, orders, patient problem solving, outbound follow up calls and other queries.
* Assists patients by answering product and service questions
* Maintains patient records by updating account information and providing detailed patient interaction notes
* Prioritizing tasks to be most effective with time management
* Establish new patient accounts
